The purpose of this document is to establish the general terms and conditions of use of the PORTAL, which must be accepted and complied with by all individuals, professionals and companies (hereinafter the USER) who wish to use them (current or new services that MOMENTO TRAINING may provide in the future through the PORTAL).

User obligations, use of the website, its services and content

The user agrees to use the portal, its content and services without breaching current legislation, generally accepted practices and public order. The use of the Website for unlawful purposes or purposes harmful to MOMENTO TRAINING or a third party, which may in any way cause damage or prevent the normal use of the PORTAL, is prohibited.

MOMENTO TRAINING reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the website portal www.momentotraining.com as well as this legal notice.

MOMENTO TRAINING does not provide any warranty nor is it liable, in any case, for damages of any nature that may arise from:

• The existence of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content.
• The unlawful, negligent or fraudulent use of the Website, its services or content by users, contrary to these General Terms, to good faith, to generally accepted practices or to public order.

MOMENTO TRAINING, as set out in its «Privacy Policy», which you can consult on our website, has adopted security levels appropriate to the data it processes and manages, incorporating all the technical means and measures at its disposal to guarantee its confidentiality and to prevent its misuse, loss, alteration, unauthorized access and theft.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms shall be governed by Spanish law, submitting to the courts and tribunals of the city of Ciudad Real (Spain) for any dispute arising from access to the PORTAL.
