This privacy policy was last updated on 03/07/2026.

This Privacy Policy applies to the website www.momentotraining.com and to the Momento Training mobile application, in relation to the personal data obtained through both services. It does not apply to the information collected by third parties on other websites or applications, even if these are linked from our services.

MOMENTOTRAINING has adapted this website to the requirements of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD, also known as the “new LOPD”), and also complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons (GDPR), as well as with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE).

Users provide their personal data through the website’s contact form. Personal data is also collected outside this website by email.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At MOMENTOTRAINING we process the information provided by interested parties for the following purposes, based on consent or a pre-contractual relationship:

  • Contacts: managing professional contacts and requests received through the contact form or via chat.
  • Quotes: managing requests for quotes and offers on the basis of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship.
  • Clients: managing the contractual relationship for the provision of the contracted services and access to the web management platform.
  • Demo: managing demo booking requests for the Momento solutions.

The user declares that they have been informed of the conditions on the protection of personal data, accepting the processing by MOMENTOTRAINING in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this privacy policy.

Commercial emails

In accordance with the LSSICE, MOMENTOTRAINING does not engage in SPAM practices, and therefore does not send commercial emails electronically that have not been previously requested or authorised by the User.

What category of data do we process?

We do not process specially sensitive data, only that which is necessary to provide the contracted or requested service and the enquiry or demo. The personal information we collect and process includes the following data:

  • Name, email address and telephone number.
  • Sector of activity, number of professionals and reason for contact.
  • Your browser’s cookie identifier.

How long will we keep your data?

If you are a client, your data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship. If you are a contact, for the time it takes to resolve your request. In the case of quotes, for one year. The retention periods for cookies are detailed in the Cookie Policy.

We also retain your data to comply with the requirements of applicable law, prevent unlawful actions, resolve disputes and other actions permitted by law, that is, for the legally required periods. Once the processing of your data is no longer necessary, we will delete and/or block it in accordance with our data retention and deletion policy and the legal limitation periods in accordance with current regulations. Once these periods have elapsed, we will destroy your data.

Retention of mobile application data

The data associated with the user’s account will be kept while the account remains active and for the time necessary to provide the services contracted or requested through the application. When the user requests the deletion of their account, MOMENTO TRAINING will delete or anonymise the personal data associated with that account within a reasonable period and, in any case, in accordance with applicable regulations, except for data that must be kept blocked during the legally required periods to meet legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or claim-defence obligations.

The application may retain technical data necessary for its operation, such as device or installation identifiers, notification tokens, access logs, location data associated with check-in or check-out, and usage data strictly necessary for the security and provision of the service. This data will be kept only for the time necessary for the purposes described or for the applicable legal periods. Once these periods have elapsed, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing the data provided is consent or the pre-contractual relationship.

Browsing

When browsing the website, non-identifiable data may be collected, which may include IP addresses, (approximate) geographic location, a record of how our services and sites are used, and other data that cannot be used to identify the user. MOMENTOTRAINING cannot guarantee the absolute impregnability of the Internet and therefore the breach of data through fraudulent access to it by third parties.

Confidentiality of processing. MOMENTOTRAINING will ensure that any person authorised by our company to process the client’s Data (including its staff, collaborators and providers) is under the appropriate obligation of confidentiality (whether a contractual or legal duty).

Security incident response. In cases where it is applicable under the GDPR, MOMENTOTRAINING, upon becoming aware of a Security Incident, must notify the Client without undue delay and provide timely information related to the Security Incident as it becomes known or when the Client reasonably requests it.

The MOMENTOTRAINING website may provide access to other websites, informing you that by clicking on these links you will be redirected to a page for which MOMENTOTRAINING is not responsible. You should be aware that the owners of these websites external to MOMENTOTRAINING may collect, use or transfer your Personal Data under different conditions and terms, and we recommend that, when you contact one of these websites, you check its privacy policy, general terms of use or the use it may make of its cookies, since we cannot control the way in which those websites use the personal information you disclose.

MOMENTOTRAINING informs you that it will entrust processing tasks to third parties in accordance with the GDPR, requiring the processor to comply with all data protection guarantees, specifically the hosting and web management service provider, or others that comply with such guarantees. All the utilities offered by third parties are strictly necessary for the development of our services and have been selected based on compliance with the rights we preserve on this website.
